We provide quick food that you can feel good about eating. Our model is built around local fresh ingredients that spend as little time as possible getting from farm to plate. We believe in large portions that leave you full, nourished, and well satisfied. Our sandwiches are packed with large amounts of nutrient dense vegetables. Our soups are all homemade and loaded with flavor. We bake all of our breads and roast all our meats in house.
We believe that good quality tasting food should be available for all diets and preferences. which is why we also have a selection of gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Our goal is to not just feed but truly nourish our customers.

In 2011, Beatrice Weir brought her 13 year old son, David Scarlatescu into The Sprouted Fig for the first time. She expressed her love for the business and her dream to own it one day. Fast forward 6 years to August, 2017, a 19 year old David purchased the business to run it with his mother. The two nutritionists set off to change the way people thought about quick service food.
The idea? To create a brand associated with quick, clean, and healthy foods. A brand that can be scaled into something known around the world.

For those more intimate events such as parties, galas, and weddings; our Chef Lisa will work with you to design the perfect menu for your occasion within your price point. Call for more details.

Our small, intimate Restaurant is located in a convenient downtown location and is perfect for any private events. You can book our space for seminars, small gatherings, or classes. We may also provide hors d'oeuvres upon request.

I went here for lunch and it was fantastic! One of the new owners, David, was greeting every customer that came in and made me feel at home. I had a half sandwich and split pea soup and it was amazing! Excellent customer service + great food + convenient location!

Good first experience, will definitely eat here again! Sandwich was massive for the price, well made, and nutritious! They were sold out of the cinnamon buns by the time i went in, so i will definitely be back to try those! I've heard good things about their soups too, can't wait to come back again!
